Please note that once your order has been shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it. Refunds/exchanges can only be processed for defective devices. However, you can modify the shipping address within 1-3 hours of your purchase IF the order has not already been shipped. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
The fulfillment process takes about 1-3 days, followed by a 7-12 day shipping period. Express shipping has a shipping period of about 5-7 days, but cannot be guaranteed due to external factors like weather, transport, and/or carrier issues.
We offer a 15 to 30-day return policy (based on the product) for our customers from the day they receive their item only if there are defects with the product. If there is anything wrong with the functionality of the product, we will first troubleshoot the issue. If nothing can be fixed, we will work on an exchange. If the exchange does not fix the issue we will follow up by our processing of the refund value and/or shipping details for the new product. Note that original packaging and everything that the product came with must be returned! Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We will not process refunds for accidental or mistaken orders. We also cannot process refunds for customer “change of minds”. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages – we will ship the order to the given address to the best of our ability, but from that point, it is the local carrier and your responsibility to pick up the package. Stolen packages will not be compensated for. We will do our best to find details about your delivery through local and global delivery channels.
Additionally, our responsibility as sellers ends as soon as the package is marked as delivered. From that point, it is the customers responsibility to pick up the package. We will not issue any refunds for missing packages once it has been delivered. If the package is lost in transit, or if there are shipping delays, we will address the issue and process a refund.
For incorrect addresses that have shipped back to the local carriers warehouse – customers are required to pay the cost of re-delivery. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delivered due to an incorrect address given by the customer. The cost of redelivery will be $20. However, if the product is confirmed to be delivered to the given address, we cannot be held responsible for stolen/lost orders.

We implore customers to observe our product FAQs for solutions to user errors that may seem like defects. As our products are software based, specific instructions must be followed to fully experience our products. If there are any defects or incorrect products, please contact us at contact@theclassic90s.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item(s) and packaging.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your replacement or refund. The steps will consist of a shipping label that the customer must use to send the product back to us. The returned product must have the correct packaging and all the accessories that the product came with. Once the return is verified, we will process the exchange/return. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit once they are in the carrier’s hands. Also note that we cannot control the shipping times during the processing of the return.
